Policies Registration and Attendee Terms & Conditions
By registering for ITServe Synergy Conference 2025, you agree to the following policies and terms:
1. Registration & Payment
- Confirmation: Registration is confirmed once the process is completed and payment, if applicable, has been received.
- Payment Deadlines: Registration fees must be paid by the specified deadlines. Failure to pay within the given timeframe may result in cancellation.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation Requests: Must be submitted in writing before the refund deadline.
- Refund Deadline: Refund requests received 60 days prior to the conference (by October 4, 2025) are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
- After Deadline: Refunds will not be issued for requests received after the deadline.
3. Lost Badge Policy
- A $250 replacement fee applies for lost or misplaced conference badges.
- Attendees must promptly notify organizers to arrange a replacement.
4. Substitutions
- If you are unable to attend, substitutions may be requested in writing.
- Substitutions are subject to approval by the organizers.
5. Attendee Conduct
- All attendees must adhere to the Conference Code of Conduct to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
6. Photography & Recording
- By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
- Materials may be used by ITServe for promotional purposes.
7. Disclaimers
- Speakers: Opinions expressed by speakers are their own. ITServe is not responsible for the accuracy or content of such views.
- Products/Services: ITServe is not liable for sponsors products or services. Attendees are solely responsible for any interactions or transactions with sponsors.
8. Hotel Room Reservations (Elite Platinum Sponsors and Speakers)
Attendees receiving accommodation must:
- Follow hotel check-in/out policies and occupancy limits.
- Use rooms only for conference-related purposes.
- Comply with hotel policies, laws, and regulations.
- Ensure safety and security of the room.
- Report issues promptly to organizers.
- Refrain from engaging in illegal activities at the hotel premises.
9. Liquor Consumption
- Personal Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their own alcohol consumption.
- Legal Age: Attendees must comply with local legal drinking age requirements.
- Responsible Drinking: Moderation is encouraged.
- Liability Release: Organizers are not liable for consequences arising from alcohol consumption.
10. Gambling
- Voluntary: Participation in gambling is optional.
- Compliance: Must follow all applicable gambling laws.
- Risk: Attendees bear full responsibility for any losses.
- Self-Control: Participants are expected to gamble responsibly.
11. Liability
- Organizers, hotels, and venues are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred.
- Attendees are responsible for their own actions and conduct.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the ITServe Synergy Conference 2025 takes place.
13. Agreement
By proceeding with registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
